Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
* The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
* Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Order number
* Photos of the product and packaging
* Description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

* A replacement product, or
* A full refund

Refund Process

After your request is reviewed and approved:

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
* Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

* Opened or used skincare products
* Products damaged due to misuse
* Gift cards
* Promotional or clearance items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
